Furniture and equipment belonging to the Union is generally not available for use outside the facility. Rare exceptions may be made, but only by the Union Director
Guidelines and Procedures
No standard procedure exists for providing Union equipment outside the facility. This helps to ensure that equipment is handled and stored properly at all times and helps to reduce the loss of equipment.
Occasionally, due to special circumstances, a need arises for equipment to be used elsewhere. At the discretion of the Director, an exception can be made. Evaluation of the need and the appropriate Union response will be made by the Director on a case-by-case basis.
